On takedaily.co.uk you can pay with Visa and Mastercard. TakeDaily does not charge a fee on credit cards. Payment will be taken when production of your package has begun.
We deliver directly to you from our packaging center in Holland.
Each product is made to order, so please allow 3-6 business days for shipping. This can vary during busier periods.
TakeDaily takes responsibility for delivery of the goods until they are delivered to your post box.
Conclusion of the Contract
After ordering TakeDaily you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail, at which point the Conclusion of the Contract is final.
Each product is made-to-order, so it might take longer to reach you than a mass-produced item. We do our utmost to make sure your TakeDaily delivery is in your post box within 3-6 business days in the United Kingdom. The package is shipped from our packaging center in Holland.
When you have ordered your personalised TakeDaily box, we automatically send the next deliveries every fourth week. We deliver your TakeDaily to your post box, and it contains vitamins and minerals good for 28 days. 5 days before we deliver your next box, we send you an e-mail with information on how to postpone your next delivery. You have 24 hours to respond to this, after which time your next TakeDaily delivery is confirmed, and we will begin preparing it for you. You can continuously change your package so that it fits with your lifestyle, diet, age, and other personal requirements. The changes will come into effect with your next delivery.
You can cancel your subscription with Take Daily Ltd at any time, up to 5 days before we deliver your next TakeDaily box. Go to “My TakeDaily” and unsubscribe. You are also welcome to instead send us an e-mail at email@example.com, or call us on +4570605015.
There is no binding period, and you can terminate the agreement at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age to order on TakeDaily.com, and have a valid credit card corresponding to one of the credit cards TakeDaily.com can accept. You can pay with Visa and Mastercard.

Payment is automatically taken from your account every fourth week. See your previous and upcoming deliveries on “My TakeDaily”. If you are missing an invoice, or have any questions about an order, you are always welcome to write us an e-mail or call us.
Take Daily Ltd reserves the right to raise or lower prices, or charge shipping for the service. We must warn you in writing if we lower the price minimum 1 month before your next billing, and minimum 3 months if we raise the price. All prices include VAT and taxes.
All payments with us are encrypted according to regulatory standards, and we use the Stripe payment service.
Withdrawal of Consent
You can at any time unconditionally revoke your permission for us to deduct an amount from your account. In this case, we will instead send an invoice, if you have not terminated the agreement.
If you detect one or more unauthorized charges, you may contest the charges with your card provider no later than 8 weeks after the funds have been debited, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.
Right to Cancel
There is no right of withdrawal, as TakeDaily is an order item. It is manufactured according to your individual needs and specifications, or has been clearly identified in person, cf. Article 18 (1) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. 2, No. 3.
If you shop at takedaily.co.uk, you as a consumer are protected by the Code of Conduct for defects.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount equal to the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
If there are any errors or omissions in your TakeDaily, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to have documentation, in the form of pictures and the package itself, so that we can use this for further processing. This must be done within a reasonable time after you have received the package. To make a complaint within the accepted time frame, you should bring it to our attention within two months of the defect being discovered.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in its proper packaging, and remember to retain your shipping receipt, so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please give us a detailed description of the problem.
We do not receive packages without return address or packages sent per. C.O.D (Collect on Delivery).
Gift certificates issued by TakeDaily can be used as a payment method. Utilization of a gift card requires that the recipient enter his or her gift card code, and register as a new customer at TakeDaily. If you do not wish to continue as a paying customer, you can freely unsubscribe before the end of the period covered by the gift card, and the service will automatically terminate upon expiry. There will be no deduction from the payment method or credit card. If you do not notify TakeDaily before the end of the period covered by the gift card, the subscription will automatically continue at normal price. A gift card is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A gift card can not be transferred to another person after it has been used once. TakeDaily is not responsible for lost gift cards. A gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Your TakeDaily Profile
Once you have taken the TakeDaily test and answered the relevant questions about your lifestyle, we will match your responses with a TakeDaily recommendation that fits you best, based on what you have answered in the questionnaire. Every 4 months, we will send you an email asking you to confirm the information you provided us, to ensure your profile is as up-to-date as possible. TakeDaily can also contact you each season, so your TakeDaily is tailored to the time of year - for example, in the summer (less vitamin D) or winter (more vitamin D).
If you choose to change or customize your profile, the price of your TakeDaily may decrease or increase. However, this is stated on the website, and corresponds to your modification.
Handling of personal information
All personal data is processed according to the applicable personal data laws. Once you have created an account as a customer at TakeDaily.com, your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, your answers to the health test and payment data, will be stored in an electronic customer database. Only employees at Take Daily Ltd have access.
We store this personal data for the purpose of delivering the ordered items to you. We also keep personal information in compliance with the Accounting Act's rules, which state that accounting documents must be kept for 5 years, from the end of the fiscal year to which the material relates. If personal information is stored via takedaily.co.uk, we ensure that you are aware of and agree with the Take Daily Ltd Terms and Conditions.

As a customer of Take Daily Ltd, you always have the right to object to the registration of information, and the right to understand what information we have registered about you. We do not disclose your information to third parties. However, we reserve the right to use the data we collect for market research, statistical analysis, or use it for service improvement. In the event of a partial or complete sale of the company or a restructuring, we may disclose information necessary to operate the service, but at least the same conditions for processing profile data will apply as those which we currently have. Payment data is passed to our payment provider, so that payment can take place. All payment data is processed according to the regulatory encryption requirements.

One cookie cannot identify you as a person, it can only recognise your PC, tablet or mobile phone, thereby ensuring a customised version of takedaily.co.uk.

These Terms and Conditions - and any use of the service - are subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise from or in connection with these terms or use of the service must be resolved by binding arbitration. To the extent that this can not be done, the dispute may be brought before an appropriate appeal body or the ordinary Danish courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change our terms and update them on a regular basis. Any major changes will be announced in writing to all members latest 1 month before the changes are implemented.
